WHAT IS HOLISTIC
PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Holistic psychotherapy takes
into consideration the well-being of the whole individual—including,
mind, body and spirit.
It recognizes that each component of a
person’s being can influence the other two.
The health of the body will influence the
mind and spirit, the mind can in turn affect the well-being of the body
and the spirit, and in the same way the spirit can have an affect on
body and mind.
Therapy is engaged in from this broader
perspective to access inner strengths and resources and to facilitate
healing.
